We are now in the 4th quarter of the giving year. We are currently $25,000 below our target goals for year-to-date. As we approach the end of the year, we have an opportunity to close the gap financially for 2010. Soon we will be looking at our Stewardship plans for 2011-seeking God's plan for The Village Church throughout next year through prayer, planning, and service. A good start to thinking for our future goals for 2011 is to look at where we are in 2010. Take a look at your giving history to the church this year. Are you where you want to be? Are you where God wants you to be? Economic challenges in today's economy provide an opportunity for us to see what God can do when we are faithful. In returning to God the portion that he asks, our financial blessings will return many-fold.

A note on finances at The Village Church
The Village Church commissioned an Annual Audit in November of 2009 for the fiscal year ending December 2008. This Audit was performed by the Janice W. Lake, C.P.A. firm of St. Augustine, Florida. The Village Church was found to be in compliance with all financial controls and all monies were confirmed as credited to the correct designations.
